Sian, Lamborghini’s most powerful hybrid car

Lamborghini has revealed earlier this week that it would be launching its most super powerful hybrid car, the Sian. It would be officially making its debut in Frankfurt Auto Show, 2019. This would be the first hybrid car by the Italian carmaker. They have introduced Sian, which means “flash” or “lightning.” Lamborghini is an Italian brand and manufacturer of luxury sports cars and also SUV’s. This company is owned by Volkswagen Group. This company was founded in the year 1963 to compete with companies like Ferrari.

Sian would be Lamborghini’s most powerful creation. It features naturally-aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine which is used in Lamborghini Aventador SJ with an added twist of electricity feature in it. The voice of SJ has been preserved and given to Sian as well. It also employs 48-volt hybrid system to bring 817 horsepower in action. Sian would be the first supercar of Lamborghini which would route to electrification. The company claims that Sian will go from 0-62 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds and would also have an electronically top-up speed limit of 217 mph. The wedged-shaped is wide and angular which has been said to influence from Bertone’s Marcello Gandini, who has also given the best models for Lamborghini before. Also, the power is not stored in Li-Ion battery but in a supercapacitor unit which is three times more powerful than the battery unit. Sian sports the number 63 towards its rear which also represents the company’s founding date that is 1963 and also the number of cars that would be manufactured. It said that only 63 cars would be manufactured which according to sources have already been sold out giving its buyers higher level of personalization. Each car would cost $3.6 million.

Lamborghini would surely be the fastest car which would be sold out this year at Frankfurt Auto show which would start from 12th September 2019.
